Comparison Column 

The Lower Section of the screen displays the SMR category labels on the left and the selected vehicle in the list immediately to the right of the labels. This is called the transition column. You will see that the Maintenance Total matches the Running Cost shown for that vehicle in the upper screen. If you wish to retain the SMR details for that vehicle in the lower screen and choose another vehicle, first click on the Add Comparison Column button. The details of the selected vehicle will be copied onto the next column.

In the upper screen, click on another vehicle to see the SMR details in the transition column for the new vehicle. Repeat the process for further vehicles to a maximum of 17 vehicles. To produce a hard-copy print of the lower section, click on File, and then select Print. If you wish to clear down the SMR details for those vehicles, click the Clear button on the toolbar.
