Comprises of UK vehicle service and repair data, and pan European vehicle service and repair data. Motorconsult provides a data provision service, offering data files comprising labour times, parts prices and technical data for all current fleet model variants. These data files are predominantly used, via download into Management Systems, for pre-event control maintenance authorisation and billing validation and, most recently, for e-commerce solutions. Those clients using their own internally developed costing tools use the data files to populate those systems. Data collection is sourced from major EC countries. Based upon a unique SMR coding map, these data files are structured for multi-lingual use and are therefore ideal for Pan-European vehicle management applications. Comprising of both technical specification and comprehensive service, maintenance and repair data for current UK available vehicles, the Technical and Maintenance Data Files (tmd files) are available in both .CSV and Access formats and mapped to industry standard model codes.
